The challenge
Planning the cleaning sequence around the roof layout, fall protection and site access requirements while operating safely without disrupting ongoing ground operations.
Our approach
EcoServ planned and carried out a clean across several rooftop solar arrays. We planned the work around the roof layout and access requirements, cleaning the panels with specialist equipment and recording observations as we progressed.
The handover
During the clean, we identified two damaged panels, one loose connector and large cement deposits on one panel. These findings were brought to the customer's attention so they could arrange further assessment and any necessary remedial work with their solar maintenance provider. The job highlights the value of recording visible issues during cleaning, giving the customer a clearer picture of their array's condition.
